OFFICIAL STARTING DAY OF OUR 7 DAY CHALLENGE IS 6/10!

PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS THOROUGHLY. 

If you’re participating in this week’s challenge, 

-Please post this photo to your social media on today (the first day).

-TAG @theslaymagazine so that we can know who’s participating.

-Use #theslaymagazine #slaymagazine #slay7days as part of your hashtags.

-Submit an inquiry on our “Contact” Page providing your email address, social media name, and unisex shirt size for details on how to receive a #slay7days tee.

We will FOLLOW the hashtag #slay7days on Instagram to keep up with everyone that’s participating. If you’re not on Instagram, please follow the same guidelines for the media outlet that you’re using. We will be able to locate you using the hashtags and your tag to Slay Magazine. 

On Mondays beginning June 18th everyone should be posting their BEFORE & AFTER photos and tagging Slay Magazine using hashtags #theslaymagazine #slaymagazine #slay7days. We will post the photos of everyone that’s tagged us on our website beginning June 18th.

WE CAN DO THIS!!! Let’s make #slay7days go VIRAL! 

(Please note that this will be an ONGOING challenge which means it does NOT end on Sunday, June 17th. We will also rotate some weeks on the things that we will be able to consume. We encourage everyone across the world to JOIN THIS CHALLENGE and SLAY the road to a healthier lifestyle. You are welcome to join at any point in our challenge!)
